WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 working days from date of order. We will keep you updated if we experience any delays. You will receive an order confirmation at time of order and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has left our warehouse.

NEED A REFUND?
First of all, If you are looking to return an item this means you placed an order with us - and we just want to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU - it means the world to us!
Do you need to return an item for a refund? No problem! If anything is not as you hoped, if sizing is wrong or if an item is faulty (we swear this is a very rare thing guys) simply fill in the return slip (included with your order) with the details required.
We accept returns up to 14 days after order date.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition.
Original labelling / hangtags must still be attached
Please return with original packaging/polybag if possible.
We will refund you as soon as we receive your parcel - it can take up to 5 days for the money to arrive in your account
We know you guys hate when stuff sells out - so to avoid this scenario we kindly ask that you place a NEW order for the correct size and return the wrong sized item back to us for a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
DO I NEED TO RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING?
We know how it is... You receive your parcel, get super excited, unpack and get rid of the packaging at the recycling station in a hurry, to hide all evidence of yet another awesome Sometime Soon online purchase, from your significant other :-) DON'T STRESS! You can use your own packaging for returns. All we demand is that its durable and waterproof and can withstand some rough handling during transit back to us. We do however require Items to be returned in new and unused condition with all original labelling / hangtags attached. If you still have the original polybag, it would be super awesome if you could return the item in this too even if its ripped open.
DO I NEED TO INCLUDE ORIGINAL ORDER SLIP?
Nope! As long as you fill in the return slip with order number, your full name and reason for your return we're happy :-)
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
You must return items within 21 days from original order date. And all items must be in new and unused condition with all labelling / hangtags intact.

All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
